Alaina Grayson – Agent
Alaina founded Halyard in Chicago after learning that great writing didn’t always get the help it needed to become published writing, and deciding there was something she could do to help.. Coupled with her publishing experience at McGraw-Hill, she has a passion for finding and developing new work, as well as finding new ways to get that work into the world. Elisa Spencer – Business Consultant
Elisa is brilliant, business savvy, and brutally honest, but still thought Halyard sounded like a good enough idea to get involved as a consultant. She makes sure we stay on the smart side of our plans, the good side of ethics, and the organized side of chaos.
